Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a box or pouch with the Ray Paris logo.
Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be shipped the next day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that delivery times may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods, or special events.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a RAY PARIS shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
